Thank You Cleveland GiveCamp

A special thank you goes out to Cleveland GiveCamp for helping us develop our new website.

Our own Vicky Shaw, Marketing and Program Associate, worked with a team of four technical experts and a project manager to design, code, and deploy the new site in just one weekend.

According to the Cleveland GiveCamp website, GiveCamp is ” … a weekend-long event where software developers, designers, database administrators, project managers and creative professionals donate their time to create software and web-based applications for non-profit organizations.”

The team worked long into the night and definitely went above and beyond, even dealing with several hosting issues that brought work to a standstill.

Beth Maiden, President and CEO of Leadership Lorain County said, “We are absolutely ecstatic about our new website. We never imagined we would get such a great product from just a weekend worth of work. This site will really help us grow our brand and share our skills and knowledge with the community. We couldn’t be happier with the results.”

The event was a lot of fun and we made some great friends.

We’re so excited about the results, especially in the alumni directory section. We hope you enjoy the new site as much as we do.
