A 10 week, paid, summer internship program for college students from Lorain County, giving them work experience, along with personal and professional development.

For High School students in Lorain County who are seeking to expand their knowledge and understanding of the diverse culture surrounding them.

A series of Board development events. Topics range from strengthening and development of a current Board, to preparing yourself to become a first time Board Member.

A network of young professionals, ages 21-40, with strong ties to Lorain County. All professional backgrounds are invited for networking, workshops, events, and volunteering.

Personality workshop helping people of all ages, understand & recognize differences that can lead to miscommunication & conflict.
